Mum has open-heart surgery today.  But she is fine.  I am in hospital because of my thoughts.

How to beat bad spirits that blend in with your thoughts. Sometimes your thoughts aren’t your thoughts. When it happens to me l just say to them wait until l come upstairs I will turn you into an animal of my choice and they go away.
